Industrial designers at DMIZE DZIGNS develop the concepts for manufactured products, such as consumer products, home appliances, and toys. They combine art, business, and engineering to make products that people use every day. We aim to focus on the target market, brand, client and user experience for creating style and function. Responsibilities
• Consulting CEO and Business Development Managers about design requirements• Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical
• Investigating appropriate materials and production processes for cost and manufacturing
• Produce rapid ideation sketches by hand
• Produce computer-aided sketches for concept approval presentations
• Testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology
• Maintaining an awareness of current design trends and influences
• Correcting product faults
• Presenting designs, samples and final work to customers for evaluation
• Work directly with factories through manufacturing process
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design or related field.• A minimum of 3 years working in a product design environment
• Expert level for following software:
1. Adobe CC Master Collection (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
2. Solidworks 2018
3. Rhinoceros 5.0
4. Keyshot 8

Graphic designers at DMIZE DZIGNS are responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design of solutions that meet marketing & sales strategies from concept to completion. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will hold the lead role and responsibility on projects, while supervising intermediate and junior designer(s) in creating concepts, compositions, layouts and final art to award winning standards. Responsibilities
• Consulting CEO and Business Development Managers about design requirements• Oversee all graphic design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design ORIGINAL pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Review and improve junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques, and maintain a working knowledge of the principals of design and elements of art
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Design graphics and construction of packaging, while being knowledgeable of materials and manufacturing techniques
• Design & Develop Logos, Corporate Identity & Visual Identity Systems (CI/VI)
• Design & Develop Website Graphics for final Website Publishing
• Increase user friendliness in digital products (UI, UX)
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

Design Sales Consultants at DMIZE DZIGNS act as a liaison between customers and the leadership in our design consultancy. Our ideal sales expert will work directly with business development managers to assist clients in their needs and desires for the best design solutions. The target area of focus would be manufacturers and business enterprises in Hangzhou & the greater Zhejiang province. Responsibilities
• Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales• Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face-to-face
• Working to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by the Operations Director
• Arranging meetings with prospects to demonstrate ability and give solutions to customer needs
• Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales
• Identifying opportunities for new business within the market
• Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry

Qualifications
